We are holding A Royal Princess Ball featuring 6 of your favorite characters! There will be fun activities, a delicious mini dessert buffet, an amazing balloon artist, and more!

Session Times:

11:00am - 1:00pm

3:00pm - 5:00pm

Each session is capped to ensure each guest gets a high-quality experience. Please only attend the session time you selected. Characters and activities are subject to change.

FAQ

• How long is the event?

Each session is approximately 120 minutes in length.

• What does the VIP include?

The VIP includes an extra 30 minute meet n greet with the princesses and a professional group photo! One group photo per ticket.

• Can my child dress up?

Little ones are encouraged to dress up as their favorite princess/prince/character. We do ask that adults refrain from attending in full costume. Parkbounding is acceptable.

• Does my baby need a ticket to attend?

All guests must have a valid ticket to attend. Babies 12 months and under are allowed entry for free with a paid adult.

• I can’t make it now. Is my ticket refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable.

• Can I drop off my child?

Our staff and performers are not in any way to be considered caretakers. Adults are to remain in the venue with their child at all times.

• My child/I have food allergens. What will be served at the dessert buffet?

Our caterer, Ally Cakes, will have certain allergen free desserts available with a full list of ingredients displayed. They will do their best to exclude as many allergens as possible.

• Can I bring in my own food?

No outside food is permitted.

• What time should I show up?

Doors will open 30 minutes before the start of the session. We will do our best to check people in as fast as possible. Please have all tickets ready for scanning when you arrive.

• What if I arrive late?

Doors will close 30 minutes after the start of the session. If you do not check-in for your session, you will forfeit your ticket with no refund.

• Where do I park?

There is a round-about (NE Park Dr) in front of Blakely Hall. It is double sided for street parking. Street parking is also available on 25th Ave NE and 30th Ave NE. Please DO NOT park on NE Jared Ct as these are private residences.

• Is Blakely Hall accessible?

Blakely Hall is fully accessible. There is a designated accessible parking space available behind the building, with ramp access to the patio space and front door.

• Emerald Kingdom Parties is not responsible for any personal belongings. Please keep your items with you at all times.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove a guest from our event for any reason.
• Your entry and presence at the event constitute your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded.
• We reserve the right to change the date, time, location, or reschedule this event due to unforeseeable circumstances, which may include, but are not limited to weather, low ticket sales, force majeure, etc.
• If we cancel this event, you will receive a full refund. If the event is postponed, you will have the opportunity to utilize your ticket credit at a future date.
• Emerald Kingdom Parties does not and will not offer any characters under copyright. While our characters have been modeled after some popular tellings and renditions of fairy tales, they are not affiliated with any theme park or company. Any resemblance you may see is simply incidental.
