This 90-minute sound bath experience will begin with a meditation followed by an immersive sound journey experience with Chakra Balancing intention.

Sound vibrations offer deep healing by releasing stuck emotional energy as well as bringing balance to the chakras.

You are encouraged to bring a journal and pen to make note of any visions or messages that come through during the experience.

In this 90-minute session you will be guided in a thematic meditation followed by an immersive and uniquely crafted sound bath experience.

The sounds of various instruments will envelop you creating a tranquil atmosphere that promotes relaxation and introspection. The harmonious vibrations and melodies will help to relax your body and mind.

What to bring: 

Please bring your own mats blankets and bolsters - anything to make you most comfortable as the studio does not have these items for use.

Please dress comfortably for this event as you will be laying down to fully absorb into the vibrations of the sound bowls.
