Emilie Lavinia is The Independent's Fitness and Wellbeing Editor. From the best activewear and fitness classes to supplements, spas and sleep, Emilie interrogates wellness trends and investigates our relationship to good health. Emilie joins us to go through the structure of the fitness and wellbeing pages at The Independent, what their readers are looking for, how to pitch effectively and what she'd like to see more of from PRs so that they can help further inform her audience. 

Seats are £40 and are limited to 50 PRs.

Cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours before an event. You can transfer to a different session up to 48 hours before the event (subject to availability), and delegate substitutions are accepted at any time. Please contact our event team at for cancellation, transfer and substitution requests. Please note the line up may be subject to change last minute due to unforeseen circumstances.
