Welcome to a wellness-forward, feel-good experience designed to help you reset, reconnect, and recharge as we close out the summer. This private rowing class is beginner-friendly and combines low-impact cardio, strength trainine, stretching and rythm-based rowing. We’re blending sweat with soft life energy in this 30-minute guided row session with RowCoach Alex!
Post-Class: Time to mingle, photo-ops, sip and savor refreshments + light bites
