Project Sunrise | Sunset Soundscape Yoga at Jefferson Memorial

Come join us for a sunset yoga experience at Jefferson Memorial. Our vinyasa sequence, led by one of our certified instructors, includes a soundscape experience, using noise cancelling headphones, to immerse yourself in the music and the instructor's guidance.

This donation based class is focused on bringing human connectivity to our DC community and beyond, one connection at a time. Connect with yourself, others, and invest in showing up as your best self for your community today.

If you are unable to provide a donation, please email [email protected] with the date you wish to participate at least 48 hours beforehand, and we will take care of you if there is still capacity!

Learn more here about Project Sunrise. Every Thursday from Memorial Day to September 11th, we will come together in this special way at the Jefferson Memorial.

Parking: Parking is located here. The beauty of this memorial is it is peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. However that means parking is a 5-10 minute walk from the monument. So, we recommend giving yourself 5-10 minutes to walk over before class begins.

What to Bring: We invite you to bring your own mat and water. If you don't have a mat, no worries, we will have one here for you :)

Inclement Weather: If there is the chance of inclement weather, participants will be notified by 8pm the evening before on class status. If class is cancelled, participants can transfer the class credit to a future class.
