Rooted Rhythms: A New Moon Yoga Nidra & Reiki Journey

The New Moon in Virgo is a reflective time to get clear on what intentional actions & routines align with the life you desire. This Yoga Nidra journey invites you to land in a space of deep rest and rooted discernment. Through breath, gentle movement, rest, and intention, we’ll explore an inner refuge of safety where we feel rooted enough to choose what nourishes us and gently let go of the rest.

You'll be supported with Reiki and time for reflection, journaling, and integration as we invite your subconscious to reveal the areas that need care, clarity, or realignment.

What to Bring

• Journal + Pen.
• Feel free to bring anything else that will enhance your comfort, including eye masks and dressing in comfy clothes.

The facility provides mats, blankets, and a water station.

As a Reiki Practitioner, Cara is passionate about helping people shift their energy to a more supportive awareness in supporting their mental health for a fuller life. She specializes in curating workshops that help people safely expand their inner worlds to reveal the wisdom of the subconscious mind.
