In this class, students will learn to make their own dough and create the unique tastes of Mexico using ingredients such as Oaxacan cheese, pickled red onions y más. The Brooklyn Ave Pizza Company is known for their colorful flavor profiles inspired by the neighborhood. Located in the historic Boyle Heights community of Los Angeles, Brooklyn Ave Pizza Co will come to LA Cocina and share their mole inspired pizza with guests. Jorge Sandoval is the Executive Chef at Brooklyn Ave. Pizza Co. With over 10 years of fine dining experience, he pivoted with the motivation in wanting to showcase the flavors of his Latin American Cultural background of El Salvador and Guatemala and share it with the local Boyle Heights community.
