About this Event

Rooted in Rhythm

A Meadow‑Held Circle

This month’s gathering takes place in a quiet meadow, where we let nature set the pace. We begin with an intentional, meditative walk through the grasses. A grounding way to arrive in our bodies and soften into the afternoon.

What We’ll Share

We settle together with warm, seasonal herbal allies, creating a simple ritual of grounding and nourishment. You’ll be invited into creative expression; writing, drawing, or intuitive making. Nothing performative, just a way to translate inner feeling into form.

We explore the themes of the Full Moon through reflection, weaving wisdom and story, moments of stillness, letting the season, the sky, and the moon shape the rhythm of our time together. Rooted in Rhythm circle is a gentle pause. A space to arrive exactly as you are, open, and feel held by nature and community.

Inspired by life’s seasons and the understanding that every woman moves with her own unique rhythm, each circle offers a calm space to pause, listen deeply, reflect, rediscover, and return to your living, alive rhythm.

The Invitation

Come exactly as you are.
Walk gently, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your own rhythm.
Come sit in the meadow and root into presence.

May what we weave together become medicine for body, spirit, and season and may each circle deepen our relationship with our bodies, our lineage, our intuition, and the Earth that holds us.

What to Bring

• A journal and pen
• A mug for herbal tea
• A blanket or yoga mat to sit on
• Comfortable, weather‑appropriate clothing

The herbal allies for each Full Moon are inspired by the season and in relationship with what is alive within and around us.
