Founded in 2021, Q.U.E.E.N.S. (Queens Uplifting, Engaging, and Encouraging the Next Generation of Students) was created with a bold vision: to uplift, empower, and prepare young Black girls to walk confidently in their purpose and lead with excellence. Five years later, that vision has become a movement.

This elegant black-tie affair honors the incredible accomplishments, growth, and resilience of our young queens—particularly our graduating seniors who have been with the program since its inception. These young women represent the very heart of our mission, and this evening is dedicated to celebrating their journey and investing in their future.
