Welcome the Light. Honor Your Season.
The Spring Equinox is a natural turning point.

More light.
More growth.
More possibility.

But motherhood doesn’t always move in straight lines.
There are seasons of blooming…
And seasons of deep rooting.
Seasons of newborn softness…
And seasons of big emotions and busy days.

This gathering is a space to pause.
To breathe.

We wanted to create something simple to mark that shift.

We’re teaming up with The Doula Circle (Holeigh, Ashleigh, and Ryley) to host a relaxed gathering for moms and families. A space to connect, reflect, and just be.

What This Afternoon Will Hold
  • Light snacks and a cozy herbal tea bar
  • A gentle conversation about nervous system health and seasonal shifts
  • Reflection on the evolving seasons of motherhood
  • Guided intention setting
  • A hands-on wildflower planting ritual for moms and kiddos
  • Open connection time with other families

Children are welcome.
Our play area and toys will be available so this space feels relaxed, warm, and real.

The Wildflower Planting

Each family will plant wildflower seeds as a symbol of what you’re nurturing this season.

You’ll be invited to write one word on your cup… something you’re growing into.

Who We Are
Solstice Chiropractic

Solstice Chiropractic is a neurologically focused prenatal, pediatric, and family wellness practice in Colorado Springs, founded by Dr. MacKayla Nohr and Dr. Dillon Schuh.

As chiropractors — and now parents to our newborn daughter, Nohra — this season of life is deeply personal for us. We understand firsthand how transformative, beautiful, and overwhelming motherhood and early parenthood can feel.

Our work centers around supporting healthy nervous systems so families can adapt, regulate, and thrive through every season. We believe care is about more than adjustments — it’s about creating spaces where mothers feel seen, babies feel supported, and families feel connected.

This gathering reflects our heart for community, light, and honoring the season you’re in.

The Doula Circle

The Doula Circle is a collective of experienced birth workers and family-led professionals walking alongside families through pregnancy, birth, and parenthood. Our care is grounded, inclusive, and deeply human - rooted in the belief that this season of life deserves reverence, presence, and informed support.

Our team offers emotional guidance, hands-on care, advocacy, education, postpartum support, and storytelling - providing a full spectrum of support to meet families wherever they are. At the heart of our work is connection: a living circle of care shaped by autonomy, trust, and respect, where families are held, empowered, and each journey is honored as its own rebirth.

Why We’re Gathering

Because motherhood can feel isolating.

Because winter can feel heavy.

Because sometimes you just need to sit in a room with other women who get it.
