On Saturday,March 21st at 3:00pm, I’ll be hosting a 1-hour sound bath inside the beautiful salt room at Edenology Wellness Center.

This experience includes:

• Gentle grounding & intention setting

• Immersive sound healing (bowls, tones, vibration)

• Full access to the salt room

• A calm, cozy, supportive space to reset your body & mind
