As the earth blossoms, we soften into stillness and open to growth. This Spring Yin immersion invites you to explore a sequence that begin at the feet and lower body, gradually flowing upward through the torso, arms, and head—mirroring the natural upward and outward movement of Qi (energy) in this season of renewal.
Through breath, Yin postures, and meditation, we will:
🌱 Groud deeply while opening to growth
🌱 Sink into the quiet before expansion
🌱 Awaken our natural vitality through stillness
🌱 Unfurl with lightness, spaciousness and presence
Let go of the weight of what has been. Open to fresh energy. Align with the natural rhythm of renewal.
ROOT TO SKY is a 2.5h Yin Yoga immersion offering a mindful journey through the body, supported by breath, meditation, Yin practice and a deeply resotrative yoga nidra (yogic sleep) to gently integrate your experience.
Join us for a beautiful journey through the mind-body-heart connection, on SATURDAY 1st of November, 10am-12:30am.

NEW TO YIN YOGA?
Yin Yoga is a powerful tool of regeneration designed to release tension in the muscles and work deeply the body’s connective tissues, it cleanses and rejuvenates at a cellular level. This slow-pace type of yoga is also a unique way to develop a mindful relationship with yourself, as you take time to go within and witness the body's sensations and subtle movements. More broadly, Yin provides a safe space to unwind and soothe our nervous system and allows to let go of deep layers of hidden stress and other types of holding.
Patricia Roux - MA Sociology, MAS Asian Studies - has been teaching yoga for over 15 years in Europe, Asia and Australia.
