After the beautiful response and success of our Energetic Alchemy Workshop in June, we’re so excited to be offering another one! The last gathering was truly special, and by popular request, we’re opening the space once again.Step into is a full-day workshop designed to guide you into the world of energy, how to access it, feel it, and work with it consciously and confidently within your daily life.
Throughout the day, you'll be supported in exploring your energetic body through both physical and non-physical connection. We'll begin by guiding you inward, helping you attune to your own energy through grounded embodiment practices. From there, you'll engage in gentle partner and group exercises to experience energetic exchange and build connection with others in an intentional, respectful way.
Together, we will explore:
~ How to feel and access your inner energy
~ Techniques to amplify and direct energy
~ Reading and navigating the energy of others with awareness
~ How to set healthy energetic boundaries
~ How to set up protections and cleansing practices
~ Daily practices to support good energetic hygiene and anchor in your energy
REIKI 1 CERTIFICATE
We’re also offering something extra potent... As part of your workshop experience, you’ll receive your Reiki Level 1 Certification, a foundational energy healing training that empowers you to channel life force energy for your own healing, regulation, and restoration. It’s an extension of what this workshop already offers and a deeper relationship with your own body and power. You’ll be guided through the Reiki initiation process in a way that’s trauma-informed, embodied, and sacred. No fluff, no dogma, just pure energetic recalibration. By the end of the workshop, you’ll not only feel the shift… You’ll be certified to embody it.
You’ll be held in a strong, nurturing container throughout the day surrounded by community, guided by collective wisdom, and grounded in safety. This workshop will provide you with practical experiences that will shape your awareness, perspectives and understandings of your relationships with the energies within you. From here you can begin to practice and shape the flow and creations of your life.
Whether you’re brand new to understanding energy, work within it already or looking to deepen your relationship and practice, this immersive experience invites you home to yourself and to the profound intelligence of your energetic system. We welcome you to join us in this day of exploration, empowerment, and embodied connection.
Please bring lunch and snacks for yourself during the day as there will be a fridge available to storage. A fruit and nibbles platter will be provided to accompany lunch.

Graeme Salvetti - Somatic Coach and Breathwork Practitioner
With a degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling and over 16 years of experience and training as a trauma-informed therapist and coach, Breathwork practitioner and a facilitator of Men's workshops and groups, Graeme have forged a foundation for understanding the elements of healthy conscious living.
Guiding individuals through the power of Breathwork has been a deep passion of his, with each experience being as unique to the individual as are the outcomes. He enjoys guiding men and women to find balance within themselves and their grounded human experience. With a deep intuitive presence and sharp articulate clarity, Graeme guides his clients to journey within and cultivate a healthy intimate relationship with the self, developing a deeper level of self-love and to experience a greater sense of wholeness, integration and balance.

Laura Elizabeth - Somatic Mentor for Women
Laura is a trauma-informed somatic therapist, embodiment mentor, and energetic boundary specialist with over 20 years of experience guiding clients back to their bodies, truth, and power. Her work is rooted in nervous system literacy, sacred ritual, and the reclamation of feminine wisdom.
Laura is known for her ability to hold deep, transformative space blending softness with sovereignty, and a touch of audacity. Whether through womb work, yoni mapping, or energetic hygiene, she invites you to remember what’s always been yours: clarity, sensuality, and your full-spectrum self.
This workshop is an extension of that mission to help you discern what’s yours, release what’s not, and anchor into embodied energetic boundaries that feel both fierce and fluid.
