If you have been curious about our Silent Retreats and need a gentle introduction, this is the perfect opportunity to discover the healing, rest and clarity that comes with silence - even for just 1 day!WHAT TO EXPECT:
On arrival you can expect an explanation of how to best enjoy the space, followed by Q&A before the silence begins.
This experience will include:
- Short & precise explanations of meditation techniques and philosophy
- A morning dynamic practice with meditation
- A restorative afternoon yin and meditation practice *both suitable for beginners
- A delicious home cooked lunch
Expect a luxurious window to digest your life, journal, pause, rest, breathe and reflect on the year so far.
