Rooftop Reset: Journey with Jessi Sun-Kissed Yoga

Embrace the energy of summer with Journey with Jessi.
This mindfully curated session invites you to slow down from life's hustle and bustle, reconnect, and restore your body, mind, and spirit, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.
We begin with guided pranayama (breathwork), creating space to ground, centre, and arrive fully in the present moment. From there, you’ll be guided through a fluid vinyasa yoga flow - designed to build strength, enhance balance, and improve flexibility - while inviting you to explore and move intuitively, at your own pace. Carefully offered variations ensure the experience feels supportive and accessible, whether you are new to yoga or deepening your practice. We will harness the energy from the sun and the breath to fuel
As the session draws to a close, you’ll be guided into restorative relaxation, allowing your body and mind to switch off, and giving you time to integrate the practice.
For those who wish, an optional assisted Savasana will be offered, where a tuning fork is gently placed at the heart and third-eye to softly resonate through the body, deepening relaxation and inviting a more profound sense of calm and integration.
This is more than a yoga session. It’s a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with yourself in a serene, nurturing setting, harnessing the sun's energy to fuel your being.
Expect a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where you can show up exactly as you are. There are no roles you need to play here.

- Wear something comfortable that you can move around in. Layers are always welcome, and pillows and blankets are encouraged.

Hi! I’m Jessi, a yoga teacher, cat and dog mum, and someone who knows what it feels like when something doesn't sit quite right. After years in the corporate world battling burnout, trauma and mental health challenges, I couldn't find anything that worked for me. So, I started my own healing journey, rediscovering myself through yoga, nature, and intuitive movement. Now, I have the privilege of supporting others in finding balance, clarity, and self-connection using these same tools in a way that feels natural to them.
