Rooftop Reset: Full Moon Women's Circle

This Women’s Circle is a soft landing beneath the open sky. A space to breathe deeply, move slowly, sip tea, pull cards, and rest in the company of fellow women.

Held above the business of the streets below, this is your invitation to rise out of the noise, the lists, and the constant outward pull, and return to yourself.

This circle will be inspired by the rhythms of Mother Nature, of the moon, and of our own inner tides. Recognising that, like the sky above us, we are ever-changing, ever-moving through cycles of expansion and release.

Held in the openness of the rooftop, you’re invited to:

- Calm the mind and settle your nervous system through breath

- Feel held in a shared space of women, without expectation or pressure

- Reflect, reset, and return to your own inner rhythm

- Create space within for clarity and self-trust

- Reconnect with your body through gentle, nourishing movement

This one-off gathering is a chance to step out of the everyday and into something slower, quieter, and more spacious.and good energy. Let's reset, relax, and rise together under the open sky!
