Join Hull Fostering at Hull Pride

Hull Pride returns on Saturday 25th July, and this year we are asking our city to stand proudly alongside Hull’s children and young people.
Hull Fostering will once again be taking part in the Pride Parade, and we would love members of the public, friends, families and supporters to walk with us.
Every child deserves to grow up feeling safe, accepted and celebrated for who they are. By joining our section of the parade, you will be helping us send a powerful message that Hull stands together for children, young people and fostering families.
Last year, more than 143,000 people attended Hull Pride. The atmosphere across the city was incredible, people cheering, clapping, waving flags and showing nothing but kindness and support. We would love this year to be even bigger for Hull Fostering and the children we care for.
We have been working with students from Bishop Burton College to create some brilliant statement pieces for the parade, and we will also have colourful accessories and flags for anyone wanting to join in.
Whether you are part of the LGBTQ+ community, an ally, a foster carer, someone with care experience, or simply someone who believes children deserve love, safety and belonging, we would be proud to have you walking beside us.
