Do you know a gladius from a pugio? If not, come and find out what they are, and how they differ, from the historical reenactors of Butser IX Legion.
Dressed in historical costume, the Legion members will show you what life in Roman Britain was like, demonstrating some skills that you can have a go at. There will also be an opportunity to take part in Roman-inspired crafts as well as to complete a themed museum trail.
