Unwind into the weekend in this Roll & Release Yoga series led by Teri, a licensed massage therapist. This class combines gentle movement with self-massage techniques using foam rollers and massage balls to help release tension, improve flexibility, and support recovery.
This class is especially beneficial before a workout or yoga practice to help increase circulation, warm the muscles, and prepare the body for movement, so you can move with less stiffness, less fatigue, and better mobility.
Benefits may include reduced muscle soreness, improved range of motion, better body awareness, and a calmer nervous system. This class invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and create space in tight or overworked areas of the body. Modifications are encouraged, and participants with injuries, pregnancy, recent surgery, osteoporosis, or circulatory concerns should consult a healthcare provider before joining.
