Drop-ins will be available for some, but not all, sessions.
Open to all levels, we recommend taking at least 5-10 Ashtanga-aligned classes for this immersion weekend. This includes Full/Half Primary Ashtanga and/or Rocket 1. While this is a challenging practice, plenty of modifications will be offered to help all students feel successful. If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
We offer multiple Ashtanga and Rocket classes throughout the week. If you’re interested in joining, pop into a few classes to start becoming familiar with the class style.
Consider bringing:
Yoga Mat, Water Bottle, Notebook and Pen, Change of clothes, Light Lunch, and Snacks. You’re welcome to bring your own props, like blocks and straps, or borrow ours.
