This embodiment dance experience invites you to slow down, move freely, and spend some time with the person looking back. Through mirror work, intuitive movement, and music, we explore what it feels like to reconnect with ourselves in an honest and playful way.
This is a space for all bodies — no dance experience needed. There is no choreography and no expectation to perform. You are invited to move at your own pace, listen to your body, and let the music guide you.
Come shake off the day, rediscover the joy of being in your body, and spend a little time with your reflection.
