INTRODUCING: Reiki Workshop - Chakra & Intuition Series

*This workshop is for those who have been attuned to Reiki to come and practice with other Reiki healers to strengthen their skill set and to receive tips and tools.

I'm excited to have you join us for an enlightening eight-part Reiki Workshop that focuses on understanding and healing the chakras while enhancing your intuitive abilities. Over the course of eight months, we will meet once a month for two hours to delve into each chakra, practice Reiki healing techniques, and engage in fun, insightful games designed to build your intuition.

What to Expect:

-Safe Haven: A supportive environment to practice and grow your Reiki skills.

-Hands-On Practice: One-on-one healing to deepen your understanding of each chakra.

-Intuitive Development: Engaging activities and games to enhance your intuition and connection to the spiritual realm.

-Community: Connect with like-minded individuals on a similar journey of healing and self-discovery.

-Guidance-Each guest will go home with a workbook to keep. Included in this workbook will be scripted guided meditations for each chakra and a breakdown of each energy center.

Monthly Breakdown-

1. Month 1-Introduction to the Chakras- Focus: What they are and how they work. Activities: Meditation, Reiki Practice, and grounding exercises.

2. Month 2-Root Chakra- Focus: Grounding techniques and stability- Activities: Meditation, Reiki practice, and grounding exercises.

3. Month 3-Sacral Chakra- Focus: Creativity and emotional balance- Activities: Intuitive games, Reiki healing, and exploring emotions

4. Month 4-Solar Plexus Chakra- Focus: Personal power and confidence- Activities: Channeling messages, Reiki techniques, and self-empowerment exercises:

5. Month 5-Heart Chakra- Focus-Love and compassion- Activities: Guided meditations, Reiki practice, and heart-opening exercises

6. Month 6-Throat Chakra- Focus-Communication and expression- Activities: Voice exercises, Reiki healing, and intuitive games

7. Month 7-Third Eye Chakra- Focus- Intuition and insight- Activities: Intuitive games, Reiki practice, and enhancing perception

8. Month 8-Crown Chakra- Focus-Spiritual connection and enlightenment- Activities: Guided meditations, Reiki healing, and exploring spiritual insights

What to Bring:

- Comfortable clothing

- A journal for notes and reflections

My name is Christine Myers, I have been an active Reiki Practitioner since 2015 and currently work out of the Portland/Vancouver area at the beautiful Celestial Awakenings providing private Reiki Treatments, Trainings and Group Reiki Events. With the beautiful practice of Reiki expanding in the Portland/Vancouver area faster than ever I thought it would be a beautiful time to open up a safe space for those who have been attuned to Reiki to come and practice with other Reiki healers to strengthen their Reiki Practice.

Info: We will start our event with a game to tap into your intuition. Then we will open the floor to a quick conversation about what you might be struggling with or wish to highlight. Each month I will also give a guest the opportunity to lead our opening and closing our grounding meditation.
