This is not a gentle meditation.
This is a raw awakening.
Through eerie, immersive sound and deep vibrational frequencies, we enter the places we often avoid, the hidden edges, the suppressed emotions, the untamed aspects of self. The sounds may stir what has been buried, awaken the shadow, and bring forward parts of you that have long waited to be seen.
This is an invitation to:
Meet your shadow without judgment
Allow sound to disrupt, shake, and awaken
Reclaim the parts of yourself you were taught to hide
Celebrate the medicine held within your darkness
The shadow is not broken.
It is powerful, honest, and alive.
When acknowledged, it becomes a source of clarity, strength, and transformation. This is a ceremonial space to honor the shadow as teacher, protector, and guide. Come open. Come curious. Come willing to witness yourself fully.
