A portion of the ticket price will be donated to a local non-profit called InspireLit. InspireLit is an Alexandria-based nonprofit, founded in 2016 by Alexandria moms and educators Jen Kenealy and Erica Jones. Drawing on their backgrounds in teaching reading and children’s literature, they set out to create a brighter future for underserved children in their community through the power of literacy. InspireLit is supported by a dedicated board and a team of passionate volunteers who help advance our mission and spread the joy of reading throughout Alexandria.
