For those who have a good grasp of the basics and are looking to develop their river running strategies and tune their whitewater skills. Our River Running Canoe course is the perfect way to practice your paddling skills before performing you own whitewater trip!
This two-day course is organized as a trip, with an overnight camp alongside the river. While paddling down the river we will work on river running strategies and whitewater skills.
- Improve paddling skills and whitewater maneuvers (solo and tandem)
- Planning whitewater canoeing (multi-day) trips
- Identification of whitewater hazards and river scouting
- River running strategies for individuals/groups on whitewater river trips
