In this 3-hour immersive experience, we'll explore the fluidity of movement, breath, and elemental alchemy inspired by 2 decades of my own exploration into opening and liberating my body through breath and movement.
This workshop offers a sacred temple space to deepen your connection with self and spirit, and with a system that opens up to the fluidity of nature ✨
A unique opportunity to explore the fluidity of your body and breath.
In addition to fluid movements, we'll incorporate the healing power of sound healing and feminine embodiment practices through the senses to amplify a deeper connection to self. Using our senses to connect even deeper through the gifts of nature.
During this 3-hour session, you will:
✨ Engage in dynamic movement sequences designed to awaken your senses and unlock your light bodies
✨ Cultivate presence and awareness through guided breathwork and meditation techniques
✨ Explore the interplay between strength and grace, fluidity and stability, as you move through various postures and transitions
✨ Discover new ways of moving and being in your body, expanding your movement vocabulary and deepening your embodied experience
✨ Connect with your body in new ways, using your senses to deepen and unlock your feminine wisdom and light bodies
✨ Activate your light bodies through sound healing
✨ Reawaken your inert wisdom through natures pharmacie
