We will tap into the essence of the elements. In order to be able to activate our life force energy more fully, we need to balance our inner elemental world. When are elemental energies are balanced and aligned, we have more access to catalyse our dreams.
☼ We will deepen our connection to Earth. She brings us stability and grounding.
☼ We will flow with the element of water. Water brings us renewal and helps us move stuck emotional energies.
☼ We will use our breath and the element of air to open into the subtler awareness and receptivity. Clear breath and air is connected to an open, receptive mind, available for new ideas and unusual solutions.
☼ We will connect to our Fire to spark new visions and flame on our ability to live our dream in balance.

What this ceremony might look like?

About Cacao:
"Ceremonial cacao was traditionally used by the Ancient Mayan Shamans in ceremony to travel between the worlds, to travel beyond the veil.
It is ancient plant medicine, a wisdom keeper, a teacher and facilitator. An Indigenous Mayan myth tells us:
"whenever the balance between humans and nature becomes threatened, cacao comes from the rainforest to open people’s hearts and return the planet to a state of harmony.
Ceremonial cacao is the Food for the Shift."

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐮𝐬:
𝐇𝐚𝐣𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐚 (𝐇𝐚𝐣𝐧𝐢)
was born in Hungary with a deep longing to explore and travel the world both within and without. She lived in London before finding the community of Ängsbacka and moving there in 2012, contributing to their events as an organiser and space holder ever since. She has a fierce dedication to truth and authenticity. She is a dancer, inspirator, comedian, listener to the silence of the human soul, unspoken behind words. She walks the path of Sweet Medicine SunDance shamanic tradition and has studied various healing modalities of body, heart, mind and soul. Her gift is her presence of acceptance and the deep wisdom of her heart.
She is a teacher, writer and bodyworker and work as a Self-Love Mentor and Dearmouring Practitioner. She is also the co-founder and organiser of Sacred Womb - Uniting Womanhood, Scandinavia's biggest women's festival.
Her driving force is to contribute to the balance and healing between the masculine and feminine in the world.

had her first awakening moment at age 21 when she traveled back to the Womb of Source. This was the shifting point. The Re-Birth. From that moment on she dedicated her life to study Shamanism and to heal. She lived in the Amazon Jungle, became a mother. She has been an apprentice on the shamanic path Twisted Hairs, since 2007. Walking the Path of the Rainbow Warrior.
Educated in various healing modalities like Biodanza Heart In Motion, Womb Awakening, Tantra and more. She is deeply passionate about Sacred Sexuality, Women`s health empowerment, Breathwork & Shamanism.
