We will involve techniques such as breath work, meditation, and visualization to awaken and channel the Kundalini energy. We will practice together and with each other. In couples and in groups.
This is an advanced workshop for practitioners already on the path of discovery. It is not for beginners. We assume that you are familiar with consent, emotionally mature and you are already familiar with feeling the life force within yourself and others.
