Meet our clinician, Laura Badecker:
Laura Badecker is a licensed marriage and family therapist who has certified training in both EMDR trauma treatment as well as Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. With these combined she dedicates her passion of horses and her profession to equestrians and non equestrians on moving through anxiety and more severe symptoms of PTSD.
Laura grew up riding competitively in the Arabian A rated show circuit with her national show horse mare. After a brief hiatus, she found horses again as an adult. With a surprising turn in leasing a Clydesdale, she has become passionate about helping equestrians of all ages and experiences to once again find joy and freedom in riding and their relationships with their equine companions.
