As fine needles support the body’s natural flow and release tension, soothing vibrations from crystal bowls and other instruments will guide you into a state of deep calm and inner stillness.
This is a space to slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself—physically, emotionally, and energetically. No prior experience is needed—just come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.
