Natalie Lain RYT 200 will lead gentle yogic movement before and after the dance, ending in a meditative savasana.
We'll tap into the beautiful, transformative power of music and freeform movement during an ecstatic dance. Natalie Lain will DJ live for our ecstatic dance experience.
Ecstatic Dance Guidelines:
-be present on the dance floor: no talking on the dance-floor
-no phones on the dance floor (disconnect to truly connect)
-no intoxicants
-consent is KEY: In order to dance with another you must receive a clear yes and the word NO is to be respected fully.
Intention: You are welcome to set any personal intentions for yourself that you’d like to explore throughout the evening. Ecstatic Dance is a powerful way to release what no longer serves you and to invite the new in.
What to bring: WATER (We recommend a reusable bottle so you can fill up at our water stations.)

About the Ecstatic Dance: Natalie Lain will DJ live for our experience. The dance is a unique and personal experience for all who attend. You are dancing as an act of love for yourself, with an intention to move in ways that feel good and release concerns for how you appear externally. In this safe space, we hope that you may find yourself shedding layers of tension and releasing what doesn't serve you. We encourage you to be gentle with yourself throughout the process, exploring your edges and nourishing your body, mind, spirit, and heart. For some it can be a fun, lighthearted celebration, for others a full-on workout or emotion release; it depends on what you want to get out of it! This is a safe space with loving individuals where you can feel free to receive and express with compassion and without judgment. Come as you are. <3
