Come learn to fly! We have been sharing the unique practice of Aerial Yoga at Om for over 12 years, and we are excited to train the next generation of students and teachers.
In this training, students will become familiar with the magic of the silk as a prop for practice. Explore the basic wraps that are utilized in Aerial yoga - wrist wrap, ankle wrap, rib hang, hip hang, sacrum or belt wrap inversion, seated, and cocoon. This workshop is the recommended start point if you wish to teach aerial yoga, but any student interested in a fun and enriching workshop is welcome to join in, there is no experience required.
