Therapeutic Yoga for Healing Workshop | May 2-3
With Rachel Wilson, Yoga Therapist & Founder of Om My Yoga Academy
Join us for a hands-on workshop where you'll explore how yoga therapy can address common physical and medical conditions. Learn to view health concerns through the lens of yoga, and discover practices that benefit specific conditions.
You'll gain skills in conducting in-depth client assessments using the Kosha Model, perform full postural assessments, and develop personalized therapeutic programs. Through asana, pranayama, and holistic practices, you'll be equipped to create and practice tailored programs with partners during the workshop.
This workshop will also guide you in designing condition-specific classes, like yoga for back pain relief, and help you confidently work one-on-one with clients or address moderate issues in a traditional class setting.
