"I am Nalini! During the week, you will find me solving pressing challenges for Fortune 500 companies around data by building AI and Analytics solutions. On the weekends, I am a yoga teacher. My 200-hour yoga teacher training through CorePower Yoga has prepared me to bend, stretch and contort my body in ways I never thought possible.

Yoga has been a part of my life since childhood, and I am professionally trained in Vinyasa flow and Yoga sculpt. My favorite place on earth is where people come together to break boundaries and sweat, whether it's in a boardroom or a workout class.

For me, yoga is self-love. It gives me the time and space to step away from chaos and discover myself through being present in the moment. Each time I step on my mat, I commit to finding ways to bring more love into my life and to let go of what is not serving me well.
