About this Event
Rhythm & Flow returns to DRYP for its second installment!
This is a night that celebrates movement through yoga and music ~ created to help you shake off the week, drop into your body, and move with intention, freedom, and joy.
The evening begins with a vinyasa yoga class led by Emily Dalgo, practiced in a studio lit with immersive visuals and music mixed live by Taylor Hadden. Expect an expansive, rhythmic flow that blends strength and fluidity while leaving room to move in ways that feel natural and intuitive.
As the yoga practice comes to a close, the night opens into dance. Taylor carries the energy forward, turning the studio into an open floor and a shared celebration of sound. Movement becomes freer, the structure softens, and the music leads.
Rhythm & Flow is not about performance or perfection. It’s about being in your body, moving together, and celebrating movement in whatever way feels right for you.
YOGA (7-8p)
Emily Dalgo is a Seattle-based 200-hour registered yoga teacher, sound healer, and experiential facilitator who creates movement spaces that feel intentional, inclusive, and alive. Her teaching blends flowy music-driven movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, inviting students to connect to their bodies in ways that feel both grounding and joyful.
Whether teaching in studios, leading retreats, or hosting immersive events, her focus is on helping people move with greater awareness, confidence, and connection.
She is the creator of Rhythm & Flow, an immersive yoga and dance experience set to live-mixed house music by local DJs. Emily teaches regularly at 8 Limbs Yoga Centers and is a resident yoga instructor with lululemon. She also leads Cinco Sentidos yoga retreats, international experiences centered on sensory exploration and shared presence.
Across all settings, Emily invites students to release self-judgment, cultivate curiosity, and build self-trust, whether that means trying something new or choosing rest.
