Join us for a high-energy Sunday reset combining dance, Pilates, and live DJ vibes.
Start with a choreo-based dance fitness session designed to get you moving, sweating, and having an all around good time. Then slow it down with a sculpting Pilates class focused on strength, control, and core guaranteed to leave you feeling strengthened and aligned, we will get that core right!
Expect great music, good energy, and a feel-good atmosphere from start to finish, plus time to unwind and mingle after.
