The Gains Club: Lunch Edition

Ready to fuel your day with some good vibes and fellow protein lovers? Swing by The Gains Club for a relaxed midday gathering built around great high-protein gut-friendly food and good company. Expect practical chat about protein sources, smart meal prep, sustainable ways to eat and how to reach your goals without denying yourself or living on rabbit food. It's also London Marathon day but we won't be running because Sunday is for rest, not for cardio!

Expect muscle-friendly dining and conversations about fuelling properly, prepping meals that actually work and chasing gains without burning out. Hosted by Loz from South London Ferments.

Menu (nb. no alternatives available, sorry! Menu may be subject to slight alterations of the starter or dessert)
Kimchi houmous & crudites
Chicken marinaded in yoghurt, rice, supergreen salad with avocado, coriander & fish sauce dressing.
Peanut butter protein truffles.
Allergen info: Dairy, nuts, fish sauce.
Optional Sauna session from 2pm - 3pm. Bring swimmers, towel, flip-flops and bathrobe. Nb. a signed waiver will be required to declare you are in good health before use of the sauna. Changing area and shower available.
