Reverend on the Roof

This year, Holy Family Catholic Community Pastor, Very Rev. Ryan Pruess, will go atop the Holy Family Warming Shelter and stay there until he raises $200,000 to fund this year's shelter operations at our Reverend on the Roof on Wednesday, November 18!
What will $200,000 mean to our shelter this season? It will mean:
- We will be fully staffed with compassionate workers doing works of mercy.
- Our building can continue to work well and be a place of warmth and refuge for those who don’t have a place to sleep at night.
- We can help restore dignity to those the world often treats as invisible by providing clean clothes, access to showers, and three meals every day.
Beginning at 10:00 am on November 18, the public is invited to stop by the Warming Shelter at 73 E. First St., say hello, and learn more about what we do at the shelter and how our community works together to care for those experiencing homelessness.
While donations will be accepted on November 18, all donations made between now and that date will count towards our $200,000. Any donation, no matter how much, is appreciated.
If you’d like to contribute, you can do so online at hffdl.org/roof or send a check to the Holy Family Warming Shelter with “Reverend on the Roof” in the memo line to Holy Family Catholic Community, 271 Fourth Street Way.
