Join us for an all-day workshop (lunch provided) led by good friend of OC, Myron Eshowsky. We will explore multiple spiritual practices to help us move from reactivity to harmony. Pre-registration is required - RSVP to Sylvia. Instead of a fixed cost, we are asking for at-will donations (workshops of this type are valued at $135/person). All are welcome - pay what you can. Proceeds will be split between OC and Fondy Food Pantry. Please also bring a non-perishable food item for the pantry if you can. We hope to see you there!
