REVEL IN REST & SACRED SOUNDRestorative Bhakti Offering ~ an evening of quiet devotion, community, and deep rest, bathed in the sacred resonance of mantra.
We will gather our presence once a month through sound and rest, softening into longer-held restorative postures that nourish us on a deep, cellular level.
Carving a space and time to create a condition so our bodies and minds can reconnect with the rhythm beneath the noise.
The practices of Yoga Nidra and Om Bath will add magic to our collective restoration.
All are welcome. Come as you are.
