Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to be loud.
It can be a day to slow down, move your body, make something by hand, and spend time in good company.
During the day, @root__cafe_ will be holding a beautiful Partner Yoga session upstairs ~ a chance to share breath, stretch, and presence with someone you care about.
In the evening, I’ll be hosting a Mandala Gold-Leaf Workshop ~ a calm, creative space to work with colour and create a personally engraved piece filled with meaning.
Two separate events, both offering space to connect ~ with yourself, with others, and with the moment.
