Do you sometimes feel pulled into the pace and demands of everyday life, losing touch with your own rhythm?
Join us in this creative workshop where intuitive art becomes a way to discover the pace that helps you stay grounded and connected to yourself.
No art experience is needed - only a curious heart :-)

WHAT TO EXPECT
This workshop offers a gentle space to pause at the transition between seasons.
As summer comes to an end and routines begin again, it can be easy to move back into “doing” without taking a moment to notice what you truly need.
Through intuitive art-making and guided reflection, you will explore your inner rhythm and what supports you in moving through this next chapter with more presence and ease. The creative process will be revealed on the day so your expression can remain spontaneous and authentic.
No art skills or experience needed - it’s all about the process, not the result.
You will be welcomed in the cosy creative nook of Artools. We will ease in with a short introduction and some tips, followed by a two-part intuitive art exploration (with a break), gentle journaling, and a supportive closing circle. You’re always welcome to share as much or as little as feels right.
You can expect to leave with:
✨ a deeper awareness of your own needs and inner rhythm
✨ a clearer sense of what supports you through change
✨ a feeling of warmth, creativity, and inner understanding
✨ a personal artwork carrying meaning and reminders for the season ahead

THE POWER OF ART EXPLORATIONS
When we say “art”, we mean free-form, intuitive expression - nothing to do with talent, skill or being an artist.
Art-making is a gentle way to connect with yourself, reaching parts of you that are not always easy to put into words. By playing with colours, materials and shapes - and simply observing what you create -, you can begin to look for personal meaning. Your creative choices and reactions can reveal emotions, needs or insights that usually stay unnoticed.
Making art can support emotional release, reduce stress, and deepen your self-awareness, confidence and inner calm.
No experience needed - it's all about the process, not the result.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
This workshop is for anyone who wants to reconnect with their own rhythm and move through life with greater presence and ease.
Perhaps you are returning to work, routines, or responsibilities and want to do so with more awareness and intention. Perhaps life events are opening for you a new chapter.
It is for those curious about their inner world, who enjoy creative exploration, or who simply want a calm and nurturing space to slow down.
No art experience is needed - only openness and curiosity.

WHAT TO BRING
- A journal & pen
- Any personal art materials you’d like to use (optional)
- An open and curious heart

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Valerie is passionate about creating gentle spaces where others can slow down, listen inward and give expression to what lies inside, through both movement and creativity. With a background in yoga and expressive arts, she guides intuitive processes that invite curiosity, presence, and self-trust.
She has always been drawn to the connection between body, mind, and spirit - from practicing karate and dance in her early years in Belgium, to discovering yoga in her teens and returning to it later as a source of softness, grounding, and truth.
She believes that creativity belongs to everyone. Just like movement, it can help bring the unconscious conscious and reconnect us with our natural wisdom. Through her work, she hopes to guide you toward a deeper connection with yourself - so you can move through life with more ease, authenticity, and joy.
