Return to Yourself: Sound Bath in the Labyrinth

Step away from the noise of daily life and enter a space designed for deep rest, reflection and healing.

Join JJ for a restorative evening inside the beautiful labyrinth space at Como Lake United Church. Through guided meditation, Reiki healing and immersive sound bath vibrations, you will be gently supported to slow down, release emotional and physical tension, and reconnect with yourself.

This experience is created for those who have been carrying too much for too long — the overthinkers, caregivers, busy minds and tired hearts needing a moment to simply breathe.

As healing sounds move through the labyrinth space, allow yourself to soften, unwind and settle into stillness. No experience is needed. Simply come as you are.

You may leave feeling lighter, calmer, grounded and more connected within.

Please bring:
• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Blanket and pillow for extra comfort
• Water bottle
• Anything that helps you feel cozy and supported

Doors open 15 minutes early to allow time to settle into the space peacefully.

JJ Hu --Founder of JJ Holistic Healing Arts and creator of the JJ 音养静心® Healing Method, JJ is a Reiki Master Teacher, sound healing facilitator, and mindfulness coach. With over 20 years in trauma-aware education and energy work, she offers healing experiences that are deeply nourishing, emotionally safe, and spiritually uplifting.

She is the author of , host of the " JJ, with Mindfulness Talk – A Holistic Approach to Life", meditation teacher on Insight Timer and was recently featured in a national interview on OMNI’s Mandarin Focus, where she shared her passion for mindful living and holistic healing. Her gentle, grounded presence helps clients feel safe, supported, and deeply nourished.
