Join us in partnership with Coquitlam Centre for a restorative yoga class, followed by a private shopping experience at lululemon.

Designed for all levels, this curated morning event blends movement, community, and connection. Arrive in a comfortable yoga fit, bring your own mat, and get ready for a lovely start to your morning.

Meet your Instructor: Alison Reaume

Alison believes yoga is about more than movement, it’s about connection to ourselves, to one another, and to the communities we are part of. She is passionate about creating accessible and welcoming spaces where people can show up exactly as they are, explore their practice without pressure, and experience the power of gathering together. Through movement, breath, and mindfulness, Alison invites people into practices that feel supportive, meaningful, and deeply human.

You’ll find her Monday-Thursday at Epic Yoga + Fitness in Maple Ridge, leading Hatha and Yin based practices. She also runs annual Yoga Teacher Training programs and other wellness events throughout the lower mainland. IG: @reaumealison

To keep the class safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone, registration is required. This also ensures all participants have completed the mandatory waiver.

• Please bring: a mat, water bottle, towel (if necessary), and Eventbrite ticket for check-in.
• Meeting point: the common area of the mall just outside of lululemon.
• Because space is limited to 50 participants, we’re unable to include anyone who is not registered.
• If a class fills up, feel free to join the waitlist. Spots often open, and we’ll also share updates about future sessions.
