This 90-minute therapeutic session blends yin and restorative yoga, gentle breathwork, guided meditation, and sound healing to support nervous system regulation and stress recovery.

Designed for those experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, or overwhelm, this restorative yoga experience offers a calm and supportive space to slow down and reconnect with your body. You’ll move through simple, accessible shapes supported by props, followed by an extended savasana with meditation or sound integration.
