Spring invites growth — but before we bloom, we are meant to rest.
This offering is a gentle reminder that deep healing and self-love begin not with effort, but with softness, safety, and slowing down.
Join Lori Graham of Moon Healing Center and Terra Pellatt of Terra Vista Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching, for a nourishing afternoon designed to calm the nervous system, open the heart, and prepare the inner soil for what’s ready to emerge.
🕯 Doors open at 2:00 PM — arrive a little early to settle into the space and arrive fully.
We’ll begin at 2:15 PM with a grounding meditation, followed by a soothing sound bath to help release tension, quiet the mind, and gently open the heart.
As you rest in this deeply relaxed state, Terra will guide you through a Self-Love Hypnotherapy Journey, supporting the release of old patterns and the anchoring of compassion, worthiness, and inner trust.
We’ll close with tea, reflection, and connection — a soft landing back into the body and community. 🌿
