Return to Self: A Sound Bath for Healing & Hope

As many of you know, domestic violence recovery is something deeply personal to me. It’s not only part of my own healing journey, but a passion I carry in supporting others who are navigating their way out, finding their voice, and learning how to heal.
I’m honored to share that on Monday, July 27th at 6 PM, I’ll be hosting a Sound Bath Experience at the 200 Lounge located in The Federal Building at 200 East Church Street Elmira NY 14901 on the 2nd floor💫
This evening will be extra special with guest speaker Susan Moore Daubner, Esq., energy healing provided by Renas Spiritual Apothecary and even more meaningful knowing that a portion of the proceeds will be donated to support the Catholic Charities Domestic Violence Program, helping those who need it most.
This is more than a sound bath—
it’s a space to slow down, reconnect, and be held… while also giving back. 🤍
✨ Sliding scale: $10–$25 (pay what you can)
✨ Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket, or chair for comfort
✨ Come as you are
✨ All are welcome
