Interested in learning what meditation can be? This monthly gathering is perfect for first timers, beginners and those on all levels of practice. We will grow and evolve to the group's interests and needs as we progress together. Sessions will typically include a 15 minute mindfulness talk, 15 minute meditation, and close with an interactive Q&A period.Free entry, no need to sign up - Suggested value ($10) donation accepted, but far from required.
