Guided by KJ, The Rooted Yogi, we’ll open our circle with grounding breathwork, gentle movement, and meaningful intention-setting.

Honeybee will lead us into embodied sensual expression as an invitation to celebrate your freedom, open yourself up to receiving love and joy in sisterhood.

Jena Baird will bathe us in healing sound and sacred voice, inviting a deep inner restoration.

This is your time to pause. To breathe. To remember.

Because when women gather, we become an unstoppable force of nature.

Yoga mat
