Metta Monday: Lovingkindness Sound Bath

Enjoy a dreamy and peaceful sound healing journey. The crystal sound bowls, Himalayan Bowls and other vibrational instruments will help soothe your nervous system, release stress and tension, and nourish the mind, body and spirit. This is the ultimate way to relax, de-stress, invite clarity in, and practice self-care. We will practice a short lovingkindness (metta) meditation that helps us soften the heart and expand friendliness and well wishes.

This will take place at a gorgeous retreat center where you can hear the birds sing, view rolling hills, and soak up nature.

What to bring:

A yoga mat

A water bottle (there is filtered water available to refill your bottle)

Layers of clothing (to adjust to any temperature changes)

Eye pillow (we will have some available if you don’t have one)

The front gate opens up automatically when you drive up to it.

Follow the wooden signs to Crows End Retreat Center.

Please park in the large lot, before you reach the retreat center building, in front of the labyrinth.

Once you park, you will see the wooden cottage to the far right, across from the road. This is where ceremony will be held.
